Join SBA of Michigan for its 2017 Education Day on Saturday, September 16th at North Star Reach. This one day mini-conference is designed to deliver important information from experts in the field to all those touched by Spina Bifida. Topics covered generally include neurosurgery, orthopedics, learning and education, patient advocacy, bladder & bowel management, transitioning to and maintaining independence, and more. The agenda is now available here

The nominal registration fee includes access to all sessions, the exhibit area, breakfast, lunch provided by Hell Hole Diner, and refreshements following the closing remarks. We are confirmed for a limited amount of on-site kids camp. All kids camp attendance must be pre-paid. Day-of registration will be open on an "as-available" basis, and the price will increase to $50 per person. We recommend you take advantage of the early-bird pricing and register in advance!

1. Can children attend this event?
Kids camp is available on-site available for children 0-16. Kids camp attendance will only be available for those who pre-register. So please be sure to register your child ahead of time. Ages 17 and older are invited to register and attend the education day.

We encourage you to pre-register online for several reasons:

This event is designed to be a great forum for both educaion and  networking! Arrive early to meet with other attendees and vendors during the check-in hour, catch up on breaks between sessions or during breakfast/registration, lunch, and plan to stick around for refreshments immediately following the closing remarks – so many great opportunities to network with other adults, parents, providers, and advocates!
