Move Beyond All Limits with My Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida at a time and place convenient for you!
What is My Walk-N-Roll for SB?  If there is not a Walk-N-Roll scheduled in your area, join our national program, My Walk-N-Roll for SB. This option allows you to pick a time, date and location that works best for you. And you can still fundraise, generate awareness, and be part of the larger Walk-N-Roll community. 
 
By registering for My Walk-N-Roll for SB you will gain access to all of the same fundraising tools and support available to on-site participants. My Walk-N-Roll for SB participants can start a team and invite others to join them or participate as an individual. You can even connect with other My Walk-N Roll for SB participants and teams via a private My Walk-N-Roll for SB Facebook group.  My Walk-N-Roll for SB participants are also eligible for the same fundrasing incentives! You won't miss out on a thing, unless you don't sign up! To meet other My Walk-N-Roll for SB participants across the country join our My Walk-N-Roll for SB Facebook Group and/or use the hashtag #mywnr4sb. 
 
No Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida in your area but still want to participate and help advance the mission of SBA? 
Step 1. Register yourself and start a team for My Walk-N-Roll for SB.
Step 2. Join the “My WNR for SB” group on Facebook for inspiration from other participants across the country.
Step 3. Pick a time, date and location that you want to walk or roll. If you're not sure how to find a good location contact the experts at bwalter@sbaa.org or 310.359.9611. (You can walk around your neighborhood with your dog and family or you can invite your 100 closest friends to walk and picnic with you. The walk itself can be as involved or relaxed as you want it to be.
Step 4. Invite your friends and family join you for My Walk-N-Roll for SB at your local park.
Step 5. Ask for donations for your walk and ask your friends to raise funds too. Check out this year’s awesome fundraising prizes HERE.
Step 6. Make a poster and or shirts for your teammates to wear at your Walk-N-Roll.
Step 7. Have a great time at the Walk celebrating those with Spina Bifida, raising awareness and advancing the mission. 
Step 8. Share pictures from your event on the Facebook group to be eligible for My Walk-N-Roll for SB prizes! 
 
Even though you choose the time, date, and location to walk or roll, all events should take place on or before December 31, 2017. Fundraising prizes will stop being accrued on December 31st, 2017 and will be mailed out within a month.
 

Where to the funds go?
Funds raised goes towards advocacy, research, awareness, education, patient registry, and resource center.
