Community Fundraising Program

Create a Page

Welcome!

Each year, SBA supporters across the country volunteer to become community fundraisers, holding local events or setting up online campaigns to help raise money for Spina Bifida education, advocacy, research, and support. Whether you are an individual, group, school, or corporation, there are literally hundreds of ways you can help make a difference in the Spina Bifida community.

Host a house party. Hold a yard sale. Create and sell a product. Or organize a concert. You can even hold an awareness rally at school or sponsor a casual dress day at work! Our community fundraising toolkit is packed with tips, tools, and samples to make your event a success. It even contains 100 ideas for physical and virtual events, so take a peek inside and see what inspires you.

If you would like people to be able to make online donations directly to SBA to support your campaign or event, click on Create a Page now. This feature is absolutely FREE, and it allows you to design your own personal webpage where you can set a goal, share your story, and spread the word. It's a fabulous tool to supplement any offline fundraising efforts.

Now go grab your friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors and ask them to support your wine and cheese reception, craft fair, car wash, social media campaign or one of our 96 other ideas. Or better yet - create a new idea of your own. Good Luck!
