Join us on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 2-4pm to learn about employment options within the disability community!

Our presenter is Kevin Cook, co-founder and regional director for vocational services with Cape Fear Group Homes, Inc. Kevin worked to begin services in Guilford County in 2012 and has helped expand the program into 26 counties and help over 1,800 individuals with disability find employment. Kevin graduated from the MPA program at UNCG and wants to continue working to develop community opportunities and improve the quality of life for individuals who have disabilities. Kevin has a brilliant wife who is a Professor of Marketing at Cawtaba College and an equally brilliant and wonderful 3 year old daughter.

This workshop will take place in the gym affiliated with First Baptist Church of Greenboro -- the gym is located to the left of the church engrance. The address is 1000 W Friendly Ave., Greensboro, NC 27401.

What's Included in my Registration?

Your ticket purchase includes admission to the SBA-NCSC workshop. Expect about an hour-long presentation, followed by an hour of Q&A, light snacks, and networking opportunities. You'll also get the chance to learn more about the work of SBA-NCSC & connect with other families and individuals from the local Spina Bifida community!
