Our team is excited to participate in our 2nd Annual Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida and add new members to our team this year! This one mile community building and awareness generating Walk celebrates the infants, toddlers, kids, teenagers, and adults affected by this complex birth defect. We are dedicated to help the Spina Bifida Association (SBA) advance its mission of improving the quality of life for Brenden and others affected by this challenging birth defect by raising funds and awareness.
When Brenden was born with Spina Bifida, we didn’t know what to expect. He sees doctors more than his friends do, spends time in the hospital from surgeries and adapts to daily activities. Every day, his determination amazes us. Watching and working with Brenden, we’ve gained a new-found appreciation for all the little things we sometimes take for granted. He has an amazing inner strength and a smile that can light up the darkest sky! We are grateful for how far Brenden has come and appreciative of the family, friends, doctors and teachers that help him and love him!
Did you know there are 65 million women at risk of having a baby born with Spina Bifida. Every day, an average of eight babies are born with Spina Bifida or a similar birth defect of the brain and spine. With your help we can decrease the future occurrence of Spina Bifida and provide direct services to all affected.
We are determined to help the SBA create a brighter future for the 177,000 Americans living with Spina Bifida. Join us in supporting the SBA by making a donation of $25 and make a difference for this underserved community. All donations are 100% tax deductible and will help our team exceed our goal.
